Do You Want to Have Children When You Are Older?

I hope the next generation feels comfortable having children, if not sooner. I know how important the development of my brother and I were to my parents. Growing a child teaches you important skills, such as learning how to actually budget, cook, be patient, and perhaps most importantly the skill of learning how to teach others. I can relate to this myself even as a young adult. During my gap year, I taught one of my mom's friends, computer literacy. It was one of the most humbling experiences of my life. I guess it goes against the old grain of "those who can't, teach." For me, at least seeing some of their development really grew me as a person. Seeing them manage to budget for two kids during the recession on minimum wage and living the American Dream, inspiring.
