Summer time baling

I make it a personal goal to be making music everyday. This can take many forms ranging from actually picking up a physical music instrument, to messing with modular patches using VCV rack or MiRack, to making and sampling field audio recordings, to composing new work with Ableton Live and various iPad tools and more recently Live Coding.

I also run a smallholding with sheep, a small allotment and orchard.

At this point in the year I am getting anxious about haymaking. Keeping an eye on the weather window and making sure that other commitments and kept to a minimum.

When the sun is shining it's time to make hay, as the common saying tells us. So music related activities need to take a back seat.
