- Attitude: No one likes a jerk doctor. Many doctors are jerks though.
- Aptitude: No one likes a doctor who doesn’t know what they’re doing.
- Access: No one likes a doctor who is unavailable. Patients are stuck in an involuntary situation, and they need our time, for example, updating their families.
