Pursuing my true vocation

It's been more than a year since my father died, and more than five years since I left my former church at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Enough time, I guess, for healing, and for growth. Enough time for the bitterness to fade away. And though there are still some things that need to be done, I also think that it's time now that I continue pursuing my true vocation: writing for God.
I am 42. I'm not young anymore. My youth is gone. My health shows my age. And my life is... still on hold. Still in a journey towards that place where God wants me to be. Still waiting for his blessings.
About nine months ago, I decided to work on starting a freelance business in web development. I've done much in preparing for it, yes, but the knowledge and expertise that I still need to acquire, and in many different areas, have considerably slowed me down. That work is now postponed.
Web development, including computer programming, is part of the works that God wants me to do. It may not be in the center of my attention right now, but I do need the skills that I already have as I build the website of what is now at the center of my attention: FreedomWriter.net.
This post is just a teaser... a short announcement, kind of. For I don't have much to say yet, except that FreedomWriter.net is the new work I'm pursuing. Writing for God. My vocation.
