LGBTQ Rights in Italy

🇮🇹 Giving people the liberty to be themselves allows them to realize their full potential, and become productive members of society. I hope Italy remembers the huge contributions the LGBTQ community makes to the Italian economy, including notable billionaires like Giorgio Armani and the departed Gianni Versace, whose business still brings billions to the Italian economy long after his death. So does the greatest cultural icon of all time - Leonardo da Vinci. These Italians have generated billions and billions for the Italian economy through pure creative genius, not mafioso tactics like some of the heterosexual billionaires in Italy. There is a correlation between homophobia and GDP. Countries with fierce homophobic hate laws, also happen to be the poorest countries in the world and the most corrupt. We sincerely love Italy and we would be heartbroken if we ever felt unwelcome.
