Turkey-Hungary Relations

🇭🇺 I didn't know Budapest was still a part of the Ottoman Empire or the Soviet Union. The way Hungarians bend the knee to their former rulers, Russia and Turkey, is pretty pathetic. Please explain why Hungary can't make decisions on their own like a normal free world country.
