US-Ukraine Relations

🇺🇸🇺🇦 We are happy President Zelenskyy met with President Biden and all of the political leaders in the US Congress and the Pentagon. The USA will continue to support Ukraine for as long as it takes, but we want to help Ukraine reach victory as soon as possible. The best way to do that is to ensure they have everything they need to defend themselves. We want to end Russia's aggression against Ukraine and help Ukrainians rebuild their lives, homes, and country.
We are sorry if Ukrainians did not receive the correct military training for the style of combat that is required for this war. I think NATO and the US military will be extremely grateful to Ukraine when they join NATO and teach us their military tactics that lead to victory against Russia.
For those Americans questioning the USA's support for Ukraine, I would like you to rethink your position. We are currently replacing all of our old stockpiles of weapons with new ones, and so are all of our allies. We needed to upgrade and modernize our weapons stockpiles. We are also updating our arms production facilities and learning how to switch more rapidly from peace-time to war-time economies, something we have not done since World War II, which was a very long time ago. We're getting real world battle stats on all of our weapons and defense systems. We're learning which weapons are effective in modern warfare, and which ones are not. We're also learning how ineffective our adversary's weapons are. We're learning all of Russia's battle tactics and maneuvers. We will be learning new battle strategies from Ukraine. We're learning the importance of drones in modern warfare and the need to develop ways to protect ourselves - ships, buildings, etc - from them. This isn't the kind of stuff you can learn in simulations or war games. All of this information is extremely valuable in ensuring that we are prepared for a possible war if that day comes. It's worth the investment.
Not only that, Russia is losing nearly 500 men/day. They will eventually run out if they continue their war. Meanwhile, the West is not tired, not even close. We haven't even lifted a finger. Ukraine is doing all of the hard work, and they deserve our support.
