The USA Loves Finland

🇫🇮 It is rather strange for a Chinese shipping boat to drag an anchor across the seabed floor knowing that there are gas pipelines and undersea data cables running all across the seabed floor. China has been very vocal about their strong alliance with Russia, and Russia mapped out all of the EU's energy infrastructure recently. So, I will have a difficult time believing this was simply poor seamanship, but it is good that China intends to cooperate with the investigators. They clearly were not willing to do so with other investigations. xo
