The USA Loves Ukraine

🇺🇦 Perhaps we can boost the size of Ukraine's army by hiring mercenaries as they did in the old world in Europe. Most soldiers were mercenaries, mostly foreigners, that would work for whoever paid them the most money. Let's offer Russians a salary, a much higher salary than they are paid in Russia, to fight for Ukraine against Russia. Even if the Russian recruits are not fighting against Russia, pulling them out of Russia's war is a benefit to Ukraine.

Morale is extremely low in the Russian military. There are reports that Russia is even killing their own soldiers because they refuse to fight. I think we need to start recruiting Russians for a new Ukrainian mercenary military group. I don't think that will be hard to accomplish. Look how quickly Putin's close friend, the former leader of the Wagner Group, turned on Putin. If people that close to him are willing to turn on him, no one else cares at all about him, especially the soldiers of the former Wagner Group and the Russian military conscripts. They are not loyal to Putin or Russia. I believe they will fight for whoever gives them the best salary and benefits. Ukraine should recruit mercenaries from anywhere they can, but recruiting Russians as mercenaries, will accomplish two goals, decreasing Russia's manpower while increasing Ukraine's.

They will have to keep the mercenary army separate from the normal Ukrainian military, because you can't entirely trust the Russian recruits. The quality of the mercenary soldiers will be very different from Ukrainians. Ukrainians will obviously have a much higher morale, and be much better soldiers, because they are fighting for their homeland.
