Eliminating Nuclear Threats Act

🇺🇸 We propose new legislation that will require the US administration to do the following when world leaders issue nuclear threats.

Any world leader that threatens to use nuclear weapons against the USA must be immediately added to the Disposition Matrix. The threat must be taken seriously. A nuclear attack is the worst possible kind of terrorist attack. Anyone that threatens to commit such an attack against the USA is clearly an enemy of the USA, and needs to be eliminated.

If countries issue threats of using nuclear weapons against any other country in the world, they must be designated as a terrorist state. Again, a nuclear attack is the worst possible kind of terrorist attack, and any country making such threats is clearly a terrorist state.
