Americans Have No Business With War Criminals Act

🇺🇸 American Liberals propose new legislation that makes it illegal for American citizens and American entities to engage in business activities with war criminals. The US Congress will determine who is and is not a war criminal by passing legislation that adds specific individuals to the USA's war criminal list. The POTUS has no say in the matter, and may not remove an individual from the USA's war criminals list or pardon an individual that is on the USA's war criminals list.

Once an individual is added to the USA's war criminals list by Congress, they may never be removed from the list. Any individual on the list must be sanctioned by the US State Department. If a war criminal enters the USA, they must be arrested and imprisoned. No world leader on the USA's war criminals list may be granted permission to enter the USA for any reason, not even to address the United Nations.

Any American that engages in business activities with a listed war criminal will serve a minimum sentence of 25 years in prison, and all of his assets will be confiscated and given to the US Department of Defense.
