Americans Have No Business With Enemies of the United States Act

🇺🇸 American Liberals propose new legislation that requires the US Congress to create a list of US adversaries. The US Congress is required to add any nations that are engaged in hybrid warfare campaigns against the USA to the list of adversarial nations, and submit the list to the US State Department.

This legislation will make it illegal for American citizens and American entities to do business within any adversarial nation on the USA's list of adversaries. A complete embargo on the adversarial nation will be in effect until the nation is removed from the adversarial nations list by Congress. The executive branch may not alter or edit the list of adversaries for any reason.

Any nation on the list is not allowed to do business in the USA. Any nation on the list must have the most restrictive immigration control into the USA. Any nation on the list will not be allowed to have embassies or diplomats in the USA unless they are under 24 hour surveillance by the US Intelligence Community. All expenses for surveillance must be paid for by the foreign adversary.
