Americans Have No Business With Aggressive Nations Act

🇺🇸 American Liberals propose new legislation that makes it illegal for American citizens and American entities to invest in aggressive nations or to do business with aggressive nations that are engaged in acts of war and terrorism. Any nation that invades another country, without the USA's explicit permission to do so, will be considered an aggressive nation by the USA. All aggressive nations must be immediately sanctioned by the US State Department. US sanctions on an aggressive nation may not be lifted until their war crimes are paid in full.

American will not be allowed to invest in an aggressive nation, and all investments will be required to be immediately liquidated. American citizens and American entities will not be allowed to engage in business activities with an aggressive nation until the US Congress has declared that sanctions may be lifted on the aggressive nation.

The US State Department must seek permission from the US Congress and the US Supreme Court to remove sanctions on an aggressive nation. The executive branch will not have the power to remove sanctions from an aggressive nation, only the legislative and judicial branches may do so, and they must be in agreement to do so or the sanctions can not be lifted.

Any American that engages in business activities with an aggressive nation or conspires with an aggressive nation will be required to serve a minimum sentence of 25 years in prison and all of his assets will be confiscated and given to the US Department of Defense.
