🇺🇸🇪🇺 American Liberals agree with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis of Greece on immigration and the weaponization of migration. The USA is suffering from the same problem as Europe, and we wish for more solidarity from our European allies on these issues at the United Nations. The recent incident in Spain is without a doubt an example of how migration is being weaponized by foreign powers.

"In such extreme circumstances, the immediate and full application of standard asylum and reception systems for all arrivals is not simply difficult — it is often impossible. Systems risk paralysis, public trust erodes... What is required is a dedicated framework for situations of mass and instrumentalized migratory pressure... This is not a departure from Europe’s values but a necessary adaptation to new realities."

American Liberals agree.

The USA has always welcomed immigrants to our country. We invite all potential immigrants to apply for permission to enter our country, complete a background check, and if approved, enter the country legally and safely. Any immigrant that follows this process will be welcomed to USA, and they will be given a viable path to citizenship.

However, if immigrants refuse to follow this process, they will not be welcomed into our country, and we will deport them. We will also impose fines on the nation they originate from for each immigrant we must deport, because the American people should not have to shoulder this financial burden. We believe the immigration fines will act as a deterrence and incentivize cooperation among nations.

This is the only immigration process we wish to support moving forward. We no longer want to allow asylum applications, because that process is being manipulated and weaponized. We want to promote legal migration by removing any incentives for illegal immigration to the USA.
