This is it - my first entry on Listed.

I have made the mistake previously of promising to blog every day. I will not make any rash statements this time around.

However, this is what I want to blog about. I want to comment on Kindle highlights I have created. I also want to outline the journey I have been on in the past year regarding my mental health in the context of pastoring.

Late this afternoon I somehow discovered (via a random twitter post) the existence of "L Theanine". Apparently it has qualities which, when consumed, decrease anxiety and increase focus. In addition, when mixed with caffeine, it becomes quite the effective and potent early morning kickstarter.
