1) control mindset
- control my response
- reframe challenges, how can i grow from this?
- accept fear & discomfort are natural
2) stress is a test, train for it
- desensitization from high stess event
- gradually expose myself to discomfort
3) emotional control - master the pause
- never react immediately in high stress situation
- take a deep breathe, assess the situation & response with intention rather than impulse
- learning to pause before reacting prevents regretful decision & keep you in control
4) confidence comes from preparation
- so that I know I am prepared...
