Ingredients
- cooking olive oil
- 2l/2k sieved tomato
- 1 tube concentrated tomato
- 1/2 kg minced beef
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 large onion
- 2-3 carrots
- 250g dry minced soy
- water
- 750ml beef stock
Preparation
- Chop nicely onions, garlic, carrots
- Add soy sauce and Worcester to minced meat
- Add beef stock to dry minced soy and mix well
- Add oil to a pot for the soy
Cooking
- Olive oil and butter into pot
- Chopped onions and garlic into pot
- Add chopped carrots
- When nice and glazed, add minced beef
- Mix until cooked
- Add soy
- Mix for a minute or two
- Add tomato passata and tomato concentrate
- Add water
- Boil for 2h
