Discovering Disruption

It wasn't until the Summer of 2021 that I really started to look into the roots of the term disruption. I had a decent handle of what it implied and with business culture saturates with the rerm, I knew it was most likely overused and under-undersrood.

I began by firing up YouTube and listening to whatever I could find. I soon discovered the large set of videos featuring Clayton Christensen. Then it was full time listening from there on in. Driving on city roads and highways all Summer and Fall, I kep listening and looping to lectures. I was on to something and knew it would take many years to interpret and apply the deep lessons about competition that I was getting exposed to.

This blog is an on-the-go, on-the-job attempt to relay what I'm discovering about business innovation and how other business insights fit together with this topic of our times.
