DAY037: SIMPLE TAKE ON HELIBOARD & FDROID CLIENTS

so hello everyone to my another daily blog, and today im writting my blog in a different way than my usualls, or say learning to write in a different way, and it already making me slower on writting, lets see if i can continue like this or not, by the way the goal would be to cross 1111 words before tmrw, lets see if i can do this this time even though im failing for days now, but today i've taken a much long time to finish, which seems like i can do it today right, well no i didnt take long time to finish it earlier there is more to it, so lets start todays blog of #the121

so i did i start todays blog earlier, to be fair, not for finishing it earlier as u know im the king of procastination, so that is not something im ever gonna do, [okay fuck it, let me come, uhh, now it feels better], so what was happening till now was i was trying to write this blog using by both thumb, which im not a fan off, yeah, i type in one thumb, maybe many of u type with both, but i dont feels it my type, and yeah i type with my right more than left, but left thumb alone is also good, but what i dont is typing with both hand, so today while testing heliboard, one of best privacy focused keyboard, i thought of doing the same

cs i heard that it is actually more easier and faster, so i tried to deal that, which i also wanted to do like the proffesionals, by using the split keyboard mode, u know, the mode where the keyboard gets splitted & divided in two peices from middle for giving a better power to both thumbs by reducing the moving area, its sounds great right, many of u might also do it, i think its for professionals, but in my experience it was bad, i didnt even able to finish 2 paras with it, which im not blaming to keyboard or that specific mode or layout, so i should blame me right for the lack of skills right, well everything else was right except the last line

im not some kind of un skill full person, im skill full enough to have kids at this point so dont even think in that way or i'll find u, the i'll [blah blah blah], ops another relief, i was typing with charger pluged up my head, & it made using phone so hard & hard to type, now im at 79, and its enough to spend till my next charging period comes, okay lets move on but let me tell u, im feeling sleepy & drippy again, like always i feel this while typing or doing some important works, but i hop on playing games or watching shorts, i'll get on 121% charge, its really a big g bad habit of our brain whichs blame also goes to us, so what i was saying dont mind if get any word wrong

so where was i, writting in both thumbs is not suitable for me as i used to write with my right thumb a lot, and for few days after getting florisboard, im switched to its one handed mode & made it small enough for my thumb to reach while keeping on same point or staying my hand in one single rest state, so im now used it, so the only way to know would be to change this habit for like 2 or 3 weeks untill i can finnally see the results & can say if 2 thumb writing is faster or not, but im not using that to write my this blog, it would be pain for me to finish this blog that setup, but there is one hand mode also in heli, i can used that, but the setup might take longer since it have so many option for customizations & the ui of the app is kinda out dated & not so eye catchy

so i dont think im gonna switch to it very soon, & the setup is also very harc to do like the only keyboard i setup for like more than 13 munites, so yeah, not my choice at all, but the reasons are all personal, my recomendation would be to try it, so many great feautures with the blend of privacy & open source, very simple yet so functional, like it have emojis, auto correction, word suggestions, in bulit clipboard manager with customization options, fully feature packed i would say, so worth giving a shot & all the negetive comment did was just personal issues not global issuez or something like that, dont listen to my comment, i use floris that didnt have word suggestions, but they promised to bring it, which im excited of even though i dont use it at all, so give heliboard a try

and where to download, avalible on play, but after knowing so much risks of using google apps, i would say, just use f-droid or any client for it like my favourite droid-ify, both of this have great apps for ur privacy & free & nothing is hide from u, fully open source so u can enjoy the feel of i independence or just fork it to made ur own apps for ur own need if ur really capable off, but if ur rich, u dont have to be capable for anything, ur already capable of everything, as the says when money talks everybody listens, when u talk everybody ignores, [well the last part was made by me, i know its a bit more personal, so sorry, but its true]

so my point is that use f-droid or its client apps for better privacy with funcionality, i personally would recomend of using droid-ify, i was using f-droid for long time didnt even knowing that droid-ify exists, yeah i tried many other clients like neostore, fdroid lite, but none satisfied me because o their extreme bugs, or terrible ui design or lack and improve of functionalities

so i thought that f-droid for android might be the best client for f-droid, cs its minimalistic & enough feature packed, & got confrimed by one reddit users on it, so i thoght everyother clients are just useless, untill i got changed by many other reddit users g get to know droid-ify its better for many reasons, no bugs, beautiful ui design, extended feautures like pre repo addings & install via shizuku whichs really great
