Will I be pregnant forever?

In 'Expecting Better', the author, Emily Oster, points out that there will come a time during the pregnancy when I'll wonder if (read: be convinced that) I'll stay pregnant forever.
That's me, right now.
I didn't realise I'd reach this stage before Baby's due date, but here I am, 5 days from the due date, and I feel like I've been ready for weeks. And the weeks I have left feel like months.
So what am I ready for?
- No longer having a constant feeling of 'I kind of need to pee' and then every 20-30 minutes, feeling that turn into a desperate 'I have to go, RIGHT NOW'.
- Not waking up at least twice a night (I've fallen into a pattern of waking around 2AM and 5AM every night – is this His circadian rhythm? In which case I might as well get used to it, but at least I'll get rid of the extreme discomfort bordering on pain pressure on my bladder from not having peed for three hours).
- Getting rid of the itchiness in my swollen feet.
- Being able to clench my hands and actually grip things again without feeling stiffness or pain (in other words, getting rid of the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome that the pregnancy swelling has induced).
- Being able to do things like wash dishes and hang up wet laundry without bumping into things with my tummy. Also, not accidentally knocking things over with my belly because I forgot how big my belly was.
- Being able to see all of my belly area so that I don't accidentally walk around for hours with stains on the underside of my belly.
I guess, more than anything else: meeting Him (Baby, not Jesus). And warming Him, feeding him, generally basking in the glory of his presence.
I just need to get over the forever of this pregnancy first.
