Little did I know, it was the major key
It freed my mind and quelled uncertainty
It sure produces the best kind of quality
Consistently, we can work magically
Change bit by bit, but not so radically
Focus on the small things, mindfully
Bring back focused attention, finally
Task by task, you’ll slowly win the race
This a dance, let your body make its case
Day by day, you start to change your ways
Soon enough, your days will change your pace
Consistency to bring back the energy
Life before it now seems like last century
Oh what a time to change your life
Days of goodness at the end of strife
