The calm one with inner strength

My first day is over. I signed up for a Shaolin course to deepen my integral life practice. There was a discounted course bundle with Qigong, which motivated me to join. The course is called Master Yourself and it’s designed to teach the Shaolin tradition. I bought it yesterday. It runs for 12 months – 365 days.

I’m officially on board now and will start doing the exercises. My goal is to overcome some personal challenges – especially emotional eating, maintaining my weight, and becoming fitter. These are my main motivations. There’s a lot more behind it, but for today, this will do as a first entry in the journal.

I also got the audiobook for Master Yourself and listened to most of it yesterday to get an overview of the topic. I’ve got a rough idea of what it’s about, but I’m still missing the details. I don’t yet have a clear outline. That’s why I’m planning to finish the audiobook today and then dive into the course properly.
