Do Nothing Part I

One man profits and another man sinks.

This happens in life. It is a part of an ongoing occurrence. Even with animals we see it. That competitive nature, the game of life so to speak. But only if you’re running the race.

But sometimes, what is given to one has been taken from another. Directly. Through pure will and intention or unintentionally. Intentionally, many people will say is evil. Unintentionally, people regard as ignorant. Regardless, ignorance is not so easily forgivable,by many. Usually ego takes over at some point along the line of someone’s takeover or transfer of energy. Stability is not found in a false self and can easily be taken over by something ‘bigger’. So what was taken from the small man by the bigger man, now the big man has something bigger on his back. Something like that.

And what is the truth in such connections? The rule of natural law seems to follow the 1st law of thermodynamics, so one day truth of any relation becomes revealed, manifested or passed on.

How much is natural and how much is manifested and can manifestation be natural?

Some direct links are made through ritual. Ritual is most potent for people because it is a habit that forms a belief and if that belief is practiced by a number of people they can direct it towards manifesting things that are not in alignment with other groups. A not so evil but ignorant example is the ‘law of attraction’ to attract what you want in your life. Most, if any of the people that advocate such a thing, seem to not have studied physics, natural cycles, mathematics and the nature... well nature. Energy is not lost or broken. It only moves or changes form. Let’s say a group comes together to manifest what they want hard enough, where does it come from and where does it go? I want to attract material wealth. Is it possible that the wealth I manifest has been taken from someone else somehow?

You bet it does.

Emphasis is ‘possible’ here. We can’t go around doing nothing, thinking everything is taken from someone else. But in essence this is part the system. You eat meat, you take a life. You use your money for yourself, you let the poor worker starve. You strive for forceful power, you make a life sacrifice. But this is not our problem to the extent of what we do not understand or cannot control. The workings of a whole system is designed at such a level that we can only really participate in action to our capacity of knowledge. But this does not mean that ignorance is forgiven or you should not learn how to be mindful and move from bad human designs. Or bad ideas.
