as i used to do all the time
getting everything down to one bag of my most essential possessions
so ill be good for one day
or a week
or for the rest of my life
what do i need the most ??
what can fit in the pockets of this particular bag ??
what can i leave behind when i walk out this door that i will never see again and never care ??

in our first trip together
my baby and i both decided to
avoid the highways
we told siri that
(and it has made all the difference)
in fact
we decided that
the only thing highways are good for is if you only care about getting from point a to point b
all other travelers should avoid them
and that includes us !! =)
