Psalm 61

When David's heart was overwhelmed, he prayed to be taken to the Rock which he could not climb on his own. It was a place of protection that was greater than him in every way.

That Rock is Jesus Christ. It is in Him that we find safety and protection form the evil that surrounds us. When your heart is overwhelmed, go to the Rock!
