Technical Debt

Finally finished restoring and updating my homepage. What a mess.

Had to restore mysql server for the dynamic elements, as it had been wiped at some point (presumably by a bad update), and get a local version back up for testing. Redid all colors with variables and added dark mode, consolidated a lot of messy styles and javascript that had accumulated over time, and generally made the style more consistent and unified. Updated PDF versions of my resume & cv too, which was another mess, at least partially due to texlive updates. Blerg.

Switched to the Sono font for all things. Just wanted something unique, and the fact it's a variable font that can be any weight and both mono or proportional (to varying degree) is pretty neat.

Need to get some database replication going at some point.
