5-3-1 week 1

Deadlifts:

60kg x 5
70kg x 5
80kg x 5
90kg x 5
105kg x 8

NOTES:

  • Managed 4 reps with 105kg when I realized that I would have to switch grips, so I did. Felt it was wise to not rep it out over 8 as my groove with the mixed grip wasn't so smooth.
