Lunchtime :

One arm Swings with 24kg EMOM for 18 minutes.

Later:
Pull-ups w/ 16kg x 3,3,2,1

NOTES:

  • Loosening up the shoulder (T-spine smash and single ball T-spine mobilization) helped me reach back easier on the backswing.
