Pull up and Presses

PM:

Pull-ups with 20kg x 5,4,3,2,1

Presses with 20kg x (1,2,3,4,5) x 5

Afterwards:

10 x One arm swings with 28kg EMOM for 14 minutes.

Notes:

  • Completing the 20kg for 5 sets of 5 rungs means that I'm moving on the 24kg !
