Caffeine cessation
Since cutting back on caffeine, my motivation’s bounced right back to its baseline. I’m feeling better, sleeping better… and whenever I crave that coffee kick, I just pop in a decaf pod for my N.presso—easy.
Mark making in a book
Started doodling again for fun in my “legendary” notebook (that’s the stationery company’s fancy marketing term). It’s such a rewarding way to start the morning—way better than scrolling the flea‑market site and wondering what to write down each day.
Sometimes I go digital, using a stylus and tablet for ink‑on‑screen drafts. But most of the time I’m back to good old liquid ink on paper.
Photo prints
Today I got a batch of photo prints delivered—8 prints for just 84 ¢ USD plus shipping. They’re not perfect, but they’re mine, and I’m thinking about turning them into a little book by sewing them onto cardstock.
I did consider a Japanese photo printer, but honestly, the discount store’s printing is still the cheapest option.
