French Twist Cafe

This was pretty good at start until I finished it lol.

Tier: Low A

I think overall it tastes pretty fucking good, despite that the chocolate brings it down, it's a syrup - which I suspect most places do but it was also burnt a tad here. Coffee quality was quite good but a place needs to nail both for a S tier ranking. Can't be too upset tho, it was great
