First Washington Mocha It was genuinely good; good balance of coffee to chocolate and it wasn't burned or anything. Nails both but isn't spectacular in either. That doesn't mean it's bad, not at all. Its more hot chocolate than a coffee - like there's a hint of coffee taste but nonexistent while milk/chocolate taste is better if barely. Hell instant coffee (Maxim instant mocha) is better that this. At the very least its not burnt which is has over places like Cafe Ez and Roggenart bakery - both places had either coffee burnt taste or chocolate burnt taste tanking them hard. 5/20/2023 Actually planned my trip for this and also a bit cheaper than most mochas I've had. I can't complain too much about this mocha. It's somehow good but ever-so-slightly lacking in a way that I want more in a good way. The baseline is excellent- good coffee, good chocolate flavor. Tous les Jours is a Korean bakery franchise you can actually find here in America. However, unlike most American places this place's coffee way better than I thought. By all technicality, this isn't a mocha. You're served a latte with a very high quality cube of dark chocolate, where you stick the chocolate in and start mixing. Due to the temperature, the chocolate starts melting and you have some kind of technically a mocha-type coffee. Regardless, I'll rate it. It's pretty much a mocha in the most broadest terms. I went on a trip to Korea some time ago now. And while I may have forgotten most of the fine details, it's still important to write down what I remember of those mochas I've had in Korea.
