Random thoughts:
- So, this was mostly a day of playing chess and following college basketball on TV and NFL football on the radio. And receiving many Happy Birthday messages. How nice!
Prayers, etc.:
- 07:15 - Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
- 08:15 - Jn 1:35-42
- 19:20 - Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and Archbishop Vigano's Prayer for The United States of America; and The Sunday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
- 20:30 - The Hour of Vespers according to the Traditional Catholic Breviary: Bible readings, prayers, and meditations for 17 January: 2nd Sunday after Epiphany.
- And tonight's bedtime Rosary will be the Glorious Mysteries.
Diet:
- 09:10 - 1 meat roll, 2 small cupcakes, 1 orange
- 14:30 - bowl of shrimp and vegetables, and a doughnut
- 17:20 - cooked bananas
- 18:00 - one more little cupcake, I like these things too much.
Exercise:
- 19:00 - light evening stretches

- 11:30 - Big 10 basketball
- 14:00 - NFL Chiefs vs Browns, then Bucs vs Saints
