This asset is, by and large, a well designed and implemented product. While some things in the asset have good modularity and workability (like the vehicles and weapons), unfortunately other do not (like the buildings)... I go on a tangent about this in the video, but the long and short of it is that I would have really liked them to make all of the assets fully modular, and not stop halfway through.
The lack of functional modularization for buildings and structures leaves me wishing the asset were a little bit lower priced as the standard pricing, but if its on sale, I think its a no-brainer.
