Woke up and got breakfast with an Australian dude from the hostel. He's been traveling for like 8 years straight now. He was able to give me some good tips about turkey especially because he's spent a lot of time there and love it. Here are my notes:

No Ankara

Istanbul fly to ismir

Cesme

Bodrum

Fethiye

Oludinez

Kabak

Kas

Antalya

Kayseri

Kappadokia

Trabzon

Pegasus flights

Flixbus

Kiwi for flights

After breakfast, I walked along Noordwijk beach and through a park that had part of the Atlantic wall visible. Most of it was covered by sand. It was a long walk for what it was, but kind of nice. Picked up my bag and headed to the train station to get to Utrecht.

I checked in at the new hostel. Had to fit my own bed - first time I've seen that but fine by me. Talked to dad for a bit and went for a walk after. Utrecht is wonderful. It feels extremely alive. You can tell it has a younger population. Every bar and many square was full of people hanging out, drinking and laughing. I wandered down to the canals and through a neon lit tunnel covered in graffiti. To the lower level of the canals. There's restaurants all along the upper and lower levels of the canals. All packed with people and faced with multicolour lighting.

I forgot my cheese in my bag and it melted :(
