EXT. CRASHED PLANE - RAINFOREST, MORNING
Jack stands in a clearing in the forest, a creek running behind them. A large cargo plane lay crashed in front of them, hole ripped in the side and plane number scratched off. They walk towards the opening and climb inside.
JACK
What happened here?
Jack looks to their left to see rows of crates. Many are slashed open and contents are scattered on the ground. One crate is empty.
JACK
Whatever did this was definitely not human.
They crouch to the floor and touch a package that had fallen out of a crate. It is soft and gives under their touch. They tear it open to find some kind of blue gel, cool to the touch yet leaves no moisture on his hands.
JACK
This is no normal cargo plane. And whatever found this before me isn’t normal either.
They clench one fist and curl the other around their bag strap and venture further into the plane.
