Warmup: Pepita Again

This is a warm up before I crank out my essay due on Tuesday on stars and light pollution.

I am at Pepita right now. This is where I wrote my first cafe review during spring break my freshman year, kickstarting my cafe-hopping hobby. I went on to go to three other places over that week: 1369, Curio, and Render. The next post I wrote two weeks later was on Gypsy Place. Of these five places, Curio, Render, and Gypsy Place have closed in the last year.

I still frequent 1369. It's located conveniently in Central square, not too far away from campus. There is a 1369 in Inman square, where I took my clarinet lessons last semester. I would go there sometimes for lunch.

I have not been back to Pepita since I wrote that review. At night, it is home to a pub and brewery. When I turn 21, I will come back and try their drinks and legally kickstart my bar-hopping (and wine-tasting) hobby.
