Yes, of course, they are hard.
But the planning, the consideration, and getting to see the outcome all make it ultimately worh it.
It's like a rollercoaster ride. But better.

Innovation is tough. Very often, it is even relentless. It requires rapid and drastic change.
But, what if all innovation was for the better? For a better, healthier & safer world? Even when the inital cost of adaptation will be tough?
In my humble opinion, all innovation is good. Even when it fails after some time. Because only through experimentation can we be better. Whatever that means for us.

Okay, I admit. I'm a bit of a perfectionist.
I just can't pass on any piece of work I don't consider perfectly finished. Of course, that definition varies, and sometimes that means just completing the job, but other it means re-working everything at the last minute.
