Already There

425

These days, the default approach to life is always about having more. More resources, more experiences, more connections. We're constantly seeking newer, better, more grandiose experiences and material objects. Seemingly never satisfied with what is already there.

Today is just a quick reminder to appreciate the things, people, experiences, and memories we already have. No matter how much they align with our perfectionist desires. Hedonism, basically the simplest approach to finding meaning in live, usually never works. It's a promise that can't get fulfilled.

Replacing the desire to have more is a tough task. Especially when we're not sure what to replace it with. But it's a necessary task we all have to take on.
