Nuclear Energy is the Answer

🇫🇷 Nuclear energy is the only green energy that will not make us dependent on Russia or China or any other current or future authoritarian power for critical minerals and other raw materials.

Nuclear energy is also the one and only carbon neutral energy source - no carbon at all is released throughout the entire production process.

Nuclear energy is one of only two green energy sources that can meet the energy demands of heavy industry - LNG is the other.

Nuclear energy is the only green energy that remains inexpensive and therefore viable for low-income energy consumers, reducing energy costs, reducing inflation, and preventing a cost-of-living crisis.

France's aggressive nuclear push is the right move, especially for a country with no raw materials at their disposal. They are ensuring their economic security by preventing new dependencies on other countries. It's a smart, clear-sighted, strategic move. But even for a country like the USA, with numerous raw materials available, nuclear energy is the best option. The USA and other countries should follow France's example.

Mining all of those needed critical minerals is an extremely dirty job. And unfortunately, past plans to hide all of the dirty work in the renewable energy production process in China and other far off locales is no longer a viable solution for our climate change strategy. We can't create new dependencies on authoritarian countries that are aligning themselves with Russia - it's a national security risk. Nuclear energy is really the only green energy solution that works with our national security requirements.
