I'm Literally a Land Lord Now

🇺🇸 I bought my first home in LA, which sits on a 0.5 acre lot - that's not a lot of land.
Over the past year, however, we have snatched up thousands of acres across the USA: California, Iowa, Illinois, Wyoming and Montana at unbelievable prices. What shall I do with all of it? Most of it was farmland. Most of it still is farmland - rented and profitable.
We've got a bison aka buffalo farm now. We have a horse farm. We have a sunflower farm. We have a lavender farm. We have an orchard. We have a vineyard. It's wild.
I'm a risk taker to an extent. I will dive into whole new industries that I have no prior experience in. But my risks are always calculated. The risk is minimal. xo
