US-Ukraine Alliance

🇺🇸🇺🇦 The USA can provide Ukraine with a mutual cooperation and defense treaty, just like the ones we have with our other non-NATO allies. This treaty will be the best security guarantee for Ukraine, and Ukraine only needs to win the support of the USA to make it happen, which they already have. This alliance will be almost equivalent to NATO membership, and will deter future Russian attacks. The USA can help Ukraine meet any NATO requirements with training exercises and military equipment donations. After that, no one will have any excuse to block Ukraine's membership to NATO. Ukraine should accept this strategy if they can't get the guaranteed NATO membership that they prefer. This strategy will help them move forward toward their long-term goals, and it will keep their country and people safe.
