The External Revenue Service

🇺🇸 Liberals love this idea very much. We wish to create new revenue streams for the US government. There are many ways to generate revenue - taxes and tariffs are not the only way.
Liberals wish to create a new wealth fund to generate revenue through investments. We also wish to create a new banking service that provides loans to countries with a lot of potential to generate additional revenue while helping those in need. (Similar to our proposal for Kenya.) Liberals also wish to impose fines on countries that commit crimes against the USA and the American people, such as cybercrime, data theft, and espionage, with Russia, China and Iran being the biggest offenders.
The American people look forward to an External Revenue Service. We hope it will be so successful that we will one day be able to defund the Internal Revenue Service.
