3) eliminate unnecessary responsibility/shorten to-dos
4) get closer to nature/tree/river
5) develop sensational hobbies
6) exercise/yoga/walk/or move body in general
7) relax, do silly things
8) journaling/writing/drop down ideas
9) talking therapy, vent out, don't hold back
10) meditation, gratitude
11) solve simple questions, gain control over thinking
12) aimless wandering
