IDEA: Custom Picketing Service

This would be a service where a group of people would provide a customized picketing/protest for a business or other client.
In one version, a “positive protest” could be staged outside a restaurant. A small group would stand outside a business and “protest” with positive signs. The signs might say, “I've never had biscuits & gravy so good!” or “Terry's made my kid smile!” There would be a set amount of time the group would protest, after which maybe the restaurant would give them all a free meal.
Many years ago, a small group of friends and I actually conducted a version of this. Another friend was in a band (called “Low-Fi”) that was playing a local gig. We held signs outside their gig that said silly things like, “Low-Fi Stole My Hat!” The band knew we were doing it, and we got some attention for them.
Why?
Because people look twice when they see people holding signs and picketing – it's very attention-grabbing. This is really an alternative/guerilla advertising agency of sorts, though I think it could be handled somewhat casually.
