It is just past midnight on Tax Day of 2020. Of course, the tax deadline has been extended by three months, so I am not going to be late. The Covid-19 saga is continuing; it feels lighter, as if something has passed, but it's hard to know, to be certain of anything. It is to the point that it will feel strange to return to work downtown, if indeed that happens at all. I am thankful for our state's leadership, in particular, of Governor Inslee, whom I've never liked or appreciated before.
