Client was a local construction firm that had developed a EFIS cladding solution and wanted to develop an inhouse production line. I formed a small firm and helped.

WashU Moving Company--Process consulting
The company was a small moving/storage company that caters to Washington University, located in midwestern America. I worked with them and went over their system process(es) starting at client generation, order processing/organization, practical pickup all the way to delivery optimization tweaks. They had a custom app and we discussed tweaks/solutions they could put into play along with specific pieces of hardware that would increase their quality of service and make everybody's life better.
Solutions:
Labeling Solutions with QR code scanning for location in warehouse
Driver Route optimization for pickups and dropoffs
Using incentives to help provide smoother loading and delivery cycles
Routing paths using map data through the app to reduce backtracking
Amsted Rail
Amstead Rail is an international train part manufacturer. The plant I worked at handled the complete under-the-car system, and was a complete end to end manufacturing plant including an arc furnace, multiple casting lines, several heat treat furnaces, and multiple departments for various postprocess.

Heat treat furnace rack (think giant oven tray) bracket+Design iterations
Chaplet redesign for integration with Poke-yoke methods and camera vision

Hedgehog Leatherworks is a company that manufactures high-end leather sheathes for knives. They have exceptionally high standards and don't shy from doing exacting work by hand.
