Warm Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 1 small onion or equivalent (daikon, radish, or shallots), thin sliced
- 2 medium Lebanese cucumber or 1 large European cucumber, peeled and thin sliced using mandolin slicer, level 2
- Apple Cider Vinegar or rice wine
- 2 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 tspn of dried Sumac
- 1 Tbsp of Capers
Method
- Put oil in the pan and saute onion until soft
- Add cucumbers and capers and stir fry until soft, add a dash of the rice wine or ACV
Serve warm or allow to cool and serve.
