Philemon 3 - Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

(E) Explain

Paul is writing a letter to Philemon. Paul is either speaking a blessing over Philemon, greeting him in the Lord, or praying over him or all of the above. He seems to be asking for grace and peace, which can only come from God the Father and Jesus, to be upon Philemon.

(A) Apply

I need to understand the God is the source of grace and peace.
I should incorporate this into my prayers for other.
In general, say and speak true things to others

(R) Respond

Father thank you for your grace and peace which only comes from you. Help us remember. Remind me of this and my I pray this over others.

Other Thoughts

We should probably be careful this doesn't turn into a word-faith thing - say it for it to manifest. I believe this is either an Apostolic gift or a heart felt pray over Philemon.
