Here is a quick and dirty list of some favorite challenges, peaks, feats, whatever you want to call it when you go to or past percieved limits. No particular order.
VARIOUS
- 111 Ninjastars with Julie Hendel in around 11 mins
- Win silver after 4 matches in Jiujitsu beginner level in January 2021 supported by the SIAM squad
- Møns Klint Triatlon (700m swim, 30km MTB, 10km run, total of 3 times up the steps) in
- Highest jump into water, 12 meters, cliff in Greece.
BIKE
- Bike from Copenhagen to Hårbølle Havn on Møn 120km in less than 7 hours wearing a 12 kg backpack
- Bike 2,7km with my gym bench bought used on DBA
- Bike from Valby to Østerbro around 7km with my squat rack and weight plates on my back
WALK
- GR20 route in Corsika: Calinzana - Vizzavona 92km in 7 days carrying food for most of the trip starting at 30kg backpack
- Drag heavy rock on my tire sled around 200m in 17 mins
- Walk 2,3km with a 30kg stone found on Fensmarksgade
- Walk 2km with 48 kg in my backpack when I bought my 2x24kg kettlebells
- Two high walk through Assistens Kirkegaard (+500 m) (Sofie Kabel standing on my shoulders)
RUN
- Run Rigshospitalets 17 stories / steps in
- Barefoot marathons
- Helsingør > Copenhagen, 44,5km in 7 hrs (2022)
- Rebild Bakker Trail Marathon: 42,2km with 800 height meters in 5:16 (2014)
- Copenhagen Marathen, 42,2km in 4:10 (2014)
- Barefoot half marathons: Done these many times in around 2 hours
